The basics

What is under-eye filler?

Hollows under the eyes create shadows that look like dark circles and tiredness. They come from genetics, volume loss and thinning skin.

We use a soft, low-swelling filler — often with a cannula — to smooth the transition between the lower eyelid and the cheek. Not everyone is a candidate; puffiness or fat bags may need a different approach, and your doctor will tell you honestly.

Who is a good candidate?

  • Hollow or sunken under-eye areas
  • Shadows caused by volume loss
  • Tired look despite enough rest
  • A quick, non-surgical refresh

Your visit

How the treatment works

Consultation

Your doctor assesses your under-eye hollows, skin thickness and cheek support, facial balance and goals in English, and agrees a plan with you.

Numbing

Topical anesthetic is applied for comfort; most HA fillers also contain lidocaine.

Injection

Small, precise amounts are placed with a fine needle or cannula — about 20–30 minutes.

Check and aftercare

We review the result with you in the mirror and give written aftercare. A follow-up check is recommended.

Aftercare and recovery

  • Mild swelling or bruising usually settles within a few days
  • Avoid heavy exercise, alcohol and saunas for 24–48 hours
  • Do not press or massage the treated area unless your doctor advises it
  • A follow-up check helps fine-tune the result

How to choose the right clinic

  • Doctors who specialize in injectables perform your treatment
  • Certified, traceable products and sterile technique
  • A personal consultation — not a one-size-fits-all package
  • Real patient reviews and before/after photos
